If you have bought but not received your Test Tickets, please check the following information for a) Venue Collection, b) Mail or Courier Delivery or c) EzyTicket by email.
If you selected venue collection when you purchased your tickets you can collect them from one of our agencies in Nelson, either the i-SITE on Halifax Street (open 9am – 5pm during the week, and 9am – 4pm on Saturdays) or Beggs Music Works on Hardy Street (open 9am – 5pm during the week, and 10am – 4pm on Saturdays) or at Blenheim, the ASB Theatre www.asbtheatre.com (open 9am – 5pm during the week, and 10am – 1pm on Saturdays).
If you selected mail or courier delivery they have been sent to the address in your account.
If you selected ezyTickets (the print at home option) they’ve been emailed to the address in your account.
